By accessing, browsing, or using Gratify ("Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Use, along with our Privacy Policy.

You agree to:

• •Not misuse the platform to transmit harmful code, malware, or phishing attempts.
• •Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You are responsible for any data, campaigns, messages, or media uploaded or created using Gratify. We are not liable for any content uploaded by users, including content that may be objectionable, misleading, or infringing.

All logos, platform logic, designs, and proprietary features of Gratify belong to Revino Solutions Pvt. Ltd. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for your internal business needs.

Gratify integrates with external services like WhatsApp, Razorpay, CRMs, and analytics tools. We are not liable for:

• •Downtime or errors originating from third-party services.
• •Any malware or vulnerabilities caused by external scripts, plugins, or API usage.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Revino Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

• •Any direct or indirect damages from malware, ransomware, or virus attacks.
• •Loss of data, business interruption, or third-party breaches.
• •Any unauthorized access to your account due to user negligence.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Revino Solutions Pvt. Ltd., its employees, directors, and partners from any claims, liabilities, or losses arising out of:

• •Your breach of these terms.
• •Misuse of the platform.
• •Unauthorized use of APIs or third-party integrations.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at any time if we detect misuse, suspicious behavior, or breach of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
